Pauline Stuart founded the Orchid Place may years ago with the intention to provide beautiful , unusual and exotic orchids to the Jamaican public at affordable prices.

The business grew from there to include , flowers , plants , seedlings , garden supplies and even Jamaican art.

The bulk of our plants are farm grown and organic at our locations in St. Andrew and Portland .

Mrs. Stuart brings over 50 years of experience in orchid care and entrepeneurship to the fore. She continues to educate newer and more experienced orchid and plant growers on all aspects of the field. She remains passionate about all facets of plant care and in delivering exquisite products to other plant lovers.

The future plans are limitless as The Orchid Place expands local delivery and hopes to ultimately deliver internationally . Online purchasing will likewise soon be formalized with our continued highest levels of customer service. Newer strains of orchids with more variety in flowers and plants are an ongoing focus for us. We also hope to do farm tours to inform ,educate and illustrate our processes.
